The Pioneer Provider Services Department takes great pride in assisting our Providers, knowing they make an important difference in their clients' lives.
To help Providers assess client health care needs, we generate Daily Activity Reports for every subscriber. The report verifies our exclusive Automatic Daily System Self-test and details all communication made over the previous 24 hours with the Monitoring Center.
Continuous monitoring and reporting by Pioneer also helps to create continuity of care by advising Providers if their clients require emergency admission to the hospital, ensuring that Providers are part of the discharge process from hospital back to home.
