Help is always there for you at the touch of a button.

Innovative In-Touch Systems give you and your loved ones genuine peace of mind. Whenever you need help or reassurance:

1 A press of the button on "Amie," your Personal Alarm Transmitter Pendant, activates the In-Touch Console in your home.

2 The In-Touch Console dials the Monitoring Center and puts you in touch with a professionally trained Operator who views your name, address and vital information on the computer screen and asks what kind of help you need. If you cannot answer, help is sent immediately.

3 If it's not an emergency situation, the Operator will call one of your "personal responders," a family member or neighbor, who will come to help you. If your call is emergency related, the Operator will dispatch professional assistance immediately.

Even if you just need the reassurance of talking with someone for a while, our Operators are happy to take time for you. Whatever you need, we are here.
