Automatic Daily System Self-test
The Automatic Daily System Self-test assures your system is functioning without any action from you. Pioneer believes the most basic requirement of personal response monitoring is to verify that your system is operating properly at all times. So, every 24 hours, your In-Touch Console unit automatically calls the Monitoring Center to verify that your system is functioning correctly. We are the only company that offers this as a standard system feature.
Should a weather event like a bad storm affect electrical lines or phone lines, if a unit suddenly fails, or if you accidentally unplug your console unit, we will know and take action to correct the situation for you.
